Terms & Conditions

 

The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer, Mena Darre, to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc. If clients do not want their photos and videos shared for Mena Darré, LLC it must be communicated in advanced and it will be an additional fee. A non-refundable booking fee will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the website and invoice. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due.

The photographer will deliver standard photography packages back within 14 days of when a client submits their edits. Larger projects such as photography and videography may take 21-31 days depending on the project size. Larger projects such as VIP Days and Website Design and full branding services will come with a projected timeline. It is imperative that clients do their part and submit edits back within a timely manner.  Clients will have 14 days of the gallery delivery to submit their edits to avoid any extension fees. Clients who have video projects will submit edits and required documents no later than 10 days after the request to avoid any extension fees. If a client needs more time due to circumstances like (surgery, travel arrangements, etc) it will need to be communicated before the appointment and a new timeline will be put into place.

Due to the nature of the work all payments are not refundable or transferable. It is imperative that clients ask any questions they may have to ensure they understand the nature of work.

Mena Darre, LLC is not responsible for hair, makeup, and wardrobe malfunctions. We encourage you to have those things corrected with your beauty professional before your appointment. Additional fees will apply if corrections have to be made post production.

Coaching and Website Design Clients will have a set start and end date that will be communicated via contract and invoice for both coaching calls and payment schedules. Clients are allowed one reschedule to avoid any additional inconvenience fees. Failing to reschedule in 24 hours or more in advance will result in forfeiting a coaching session or rescheduling fee.

Late Fees, Extension Fees, and Rescheduling fees start at $100.
